To ensure the best quality portrait possible, please review these tips when gathering photographs:

  • Send the highest resolution image possible

  • Face should be forward or slightly to the side

  • Head & all facial features are visible and in focus

  • Photo should have even light & minimal dark shadows

  • Pet is at eye level & in line with camera
